Apostle is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up that helps organizations activate their employees as brand ambassadors through our innovative employee advocacy software. We are looking for a driven student worker who wants to strengthen our sales activities. Together with an enthusiastic team, you will work on outreach, follow-up, and client contact for fast-growing brands and franchise organizations.

The role
You are the voice of Apostle. As a Sales & Business Development Student Worker, you reach out to potential clients across multiple channels and keep our pipeline growing.
- Phone outreach: You pick up the phone and call prospects on our lead lists. You listen carefully, answer questions, and schedule appointments for the account managers.
- Email follow-up: After a conversation, you follow up with personal, thoughtful messages. No templates — real communication that stands out in a crowded inbox.
- LinkedIn outreach: Via LinkedIn, you approach decision-makers in sectors such as franchise, bicycle retail, and corporate HR. You build relationships for the long term.
- CRM & reporting: You track activities in Pipedrive and report on your results weekly. This is how you learn how a professional sales process works.

- €14 – €17 / hour — Competitive rate for student workers, depending on education and experience.

What we're looking for
- You are studying HBO or university level in commerce, sales, business, or communications
- You communicate with confidence — both verbally and in writing in Dutch
- No fear of cold calling — in fact, you enjoy speaking to new people
- You are results-driven and like working towards goals and targets
- You are available for at least 16 hours per week
- Reading and writing English at B2 level is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn or CRM is a bonus, but not required
- You are self-starting, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
