Challenge

There has been a great partnership between Arthur & Brent and Apostle for several years. “Social media is not our core business, but at some point, we did receive questions from our customers about online visibility, amongst other things,” said Lizette Overman, Social Media Content Creator at Arthur & Brent. With Apostle, they can now manage multiple (new) customer teams in one system. “Many entrepreneurs think that social media takes a lot of work: which visuals should I use; are my messages good enough? Next to posts on the customers’ business pages, they also schedule posts for the personal social media accounts of their customer’s employees.  At Arthur & Brent, they believe in utilizing employees as the organizations’ brand ambassadors and aim to implement this for all their customers.“ Employees of customers also reach connections from their own network. We start small with 10 to 15 employees and let the customer experience the added value. Then we gradually scale up to the desired number of brand ambassadors. Only using company pages is simply not enough anymore nowadays.” Thanks to Apostle's ready-to-use SRO program, rolling out the ambassador program is easy, and they have tools to keep employees active and motivated.


Results

Arthur & Brent has, as a partner of Apostle, an extra proposition and revenue model to present to customers. Customers are unburdened on social media and receive extra online visibility in return. In addition, Arthur & Brent not only connects new clients themselves to the Apostle platform, but Apostle also transfers (new) clients to Arthur & Brent for content creation. The resulting revenue is theirs.

Lizette also likes the working method: “At the moment, it is super convenient for me. I can schedule all social media posts for different clients in one dashboard. The customer then approves all posts themselves. This process saves me a lot of time.” Lizette currently manages seven clients in the Apostle platform.
