Location: Geffen (Municipality of Oss) – right off the A59, 15 min from ’s-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) and 30 min from Nijmegen.

We’re growing fast—so we’re looking for an enthusiastic BBL Telemarketing Apprentice who wants to develop their commercial skills in a young and driven team. (BBL = Dutch vocational work-study track.)

What you’ll do

As a BBL apprentice at Apostle, you’ll learn how to confidently contact businesses and get them excited about our solutions. You’ll support our sales team with telemarketing activities and actively help generate new leads.

You will:

• Call potential customers based on clear lists and target groups (ICPs).
• Share Apostle’s story and explain our software with enthusiasm.
• Ask smart questions to uncover customer needs.
• Schedule meetings for the sales or marketing team.
• Keep contact details and results up to date in our CRM (Pipedrive).
• Receive personal coaching from experienced colleagues in sales and communications.

Who you are

You’re eager to learn, social, and enjoy persuading people. No prior experience needed—we’ll teach you everything!

You also:

• Are enrolled in a BBL program in Commerce, Marketing, or Communications (or similar).
• Are available to work with us at least 3 days per week.
• Bring a positive, energetic attitude and a natural way with words.
• Enjoy collaborating in a team and learning from others.
